PLC Trainer is designed to study the construction of Programmable Logic Controller and its application in industrial process control generally PLC's are used in almost all industrial process control applications.
Testron's PLC trainer is based on latest technology of mixed signal intelligent devices (DSP, Microcontrollers).

Transducer Inputs : Four channel of analog input at 10 bit Resolution.
  • External transducers Inputs with signal conditioning
  • - Water Temperature.
    - Water Level.
    - Humidity and Fan Speed for simulation of washing machine process.
    - Door Sensor.
  • Built-in stepper motor driver and a stepper motor provided to show Washing Machine Procedure.
  • Display : 16x2 digit Alpha numeric display to show the result and keypad is provided to program the process.
  • Four Programmable Timers to control the procedure.
  • Eight channel Input & Output (4 channel for sensors and 4 channel for timers)
  • RS-232 Interface is provided to Program the process and also is used to show the Result on computer.
Using this trainer one can easily simulate the industrial process (washing machine and can learn PLC programming and process control techniques).
