Temperature controller is an instrument used to control temperature. The temperature controller takes the input from the temperature sensor and has an output that is connected to the control element such as a heater or fan.
To accurately control process temperature without extensive operator involvement, the temperature control system relies upon the controller, which accepts a temperature sensor such as a thermocouple or RTD as input. It compares the actual temperature to the desired control temperature, or set point, and provides an output to the control element. The controller is one part of the entire control system, and the whole system should be analyzed in selecting the proper controller. The following items should be considered when selecting a controller : 
1. Type of input sensor (thermocouple, RTD) and temperature range. 
2. Type of output required (elect() mechanical relay, SSR, analog output). 
3. Control algorithm needed (on/off, proportional, PID). 
4. Number and type of outputs (heat, cool, alarm, limit). 
Range & Type : 0-6000C (J Type), 0-12000C (K Type), 0-4000C PT-100 Type
Control Action : Time proportionating ON/OFF Control.
Sensor Input : J Type, K Type, PT-100 Type. (Factory Setting)
TCB : Thermocouple Break.
Power Supply : 85-260V AC ±10% , 50Hz
Output : Relay Output - 1C/O, 10Amp.
Display & Setting : 7 Segment LED Display & by POT Knob on front
