Multi Axis CNC motion control is an industrial process used in Multi Axis CNC machines. CNC machines use CAD, CAM software’s to receive machine codes. Motor’s respond to these machine code command received and go to the corresponding location. Multi Axis CNC motion control kit is similar model in which all the motors move synchronously in response to the command received from serial port. Hex keypad provided on CNC machine control is an additional feature for Enthusiasts who would further like to carry the project to Industrial level.
Hardware Features
  • 8K Bytes of In-System Self - Programmable Flash.
  • 512 Bytes EEPROM.
  • Two 8-bit Timer / Counters with Separate Prescaler, one Compare Mode.
  • 6-channel ADC in PDIP package.
  • External and Internal Interrupt sources.
  • ADC Noise Reduction, Power save, Power-down, and Standby.
  • Programmable Watchdog Timer with Separate On-chip Oscillator.
Software Features
  • INT-Interal Operating mode where 10 bit 8 channel ADC and 1 temp sensor input are logged onto the memory.
  • EXT-In this mode the data acquisition card uses the input from external DAQ card and logs it into the memory.
  • INT/EXT-In this mode both Internal and External data are stored into the memory.
  • Auto Backup : The memory will auto backup itself and will send the data to PC before overwriting itself.
  • Monitor-This feature sends all the data stored in current mode to PC.
  • Erase Memory - There is option to erase the memory.
