GRS-10 is Microcontroller based Gamma Spectrometer having two modes of operation Constant Count Mode and Constant Time Mode.The Spectrometer can also be used for Gamma Counting applications.
The Gamma Ray Spectrometer are used to study and energy distribution of Gamma Rays. Gamma Ray Spectrometer provides a Built-in programmable timer/counter and 16x2 alphanumeric display to show elapsed time and count values.

  • Study of Co-60 spectrum calculation of resolution of detector in terms energy

  • Energy calibration of Gamma Ray Spectrometer
  • PCSoftLab 1.0 allows you to input your data in an easy way and to subject them to numerous analyses.
  • Real-time Data Acquisition on the PC through serial port.
  • Manual input of data on the PC for analysing different values.
  • Display of measurement data on the LCD display of the Scintillation Counter / spectrometer, as well as on the computer screen.
  • Facility for measurement of Gama Ray counts and generate the histogram to study gama spectrum voltage, Time etc.
  • Experiments can be demonstrated in real-time through multimedia projector.
  • Windows based graphical presentation and print out facility.
